Weather conditions and natural phenomena (※ 1) that are predictable in the Western Pacific region and for which neither the guest nor our villa is responsible will be subject to the same cancellation policy as stated on the reservation site for each property.

(※ 1) This includes tropical cyclones and typhoons that typically occur between May and October each year.

If a government agency issues a non-binding recommendation to refrain from travel—including in cases where a state of emergency is declared due to an epidemic or infectious disease—the cancellation policy of each property's reservation site will still apply.

Any disruptions or temporary transportation delays caused by the above-mentioned reasons will also be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy on the respective reservation site.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made during the stay period due to personal reasons.
